Welcome to Denjo Repair Shop

Discover our leather and repair service Denjo Repair Shop – a place where you and your four-legged friend can visit to drop off old Denjo products for a touch up and to get them repaired. If you have an old leather harness or collar that need some leather care, or a dog bed in need of some love, visit our studio and we’ll help you to bring new life to your old Denjo products.

How it works

1. Visit our studio and drop off your Denjo products (we can only accept dog products bought from us at denjodogs.com or from our retailers, receipt is required)

2. Describe the problem you need help with (for example if you have a torn seam that need to be fixed, or if you have a dog harness that need some leather care)

3. We re-store and repair the products for free (during Green Week at 20-24 of November 2023)

4. When your product is ready, we’ll send you a text message with information about when to come and get it

Make your dog products last as long as possible

The main purpose with Denjo Repair Shop, is to spread knowledge about product care, the importance of taking care of your dog’s accessories to make them last as long as possible. We want your dog accessories to last as long as possible, so you and your four legged friend can enjoy them for a long time. By taking care of and looking after your dog accessories you can extend the product life cycle.

So if you have an old leather harness, collar or lead in need of some leather care, or an old dog bed in need of som love – welcome to Denjo Repair Shop and we’ll help you to bring new life to your old dog products.

OUR SERVICES

• Re-waxing of cotton collars, harnesses and leashes (Signature Go and Signature Collection)
• Polish of name tags
• Small reparations
• Small leather craft

TERMS FOR DROP OFF

• We’re only able to collect dog accessories bought from denjodogs.com or from any of our retailers (receipt is required)
• Your old accessories might get a different look – for example when using leather balm on leather goods like collars, harnesses and leads the leather will become darker
• If a product is very damaged or if vital parts of a function is missing (zippers, velcro straps etc) we can’t guarantee we can fix it

If you have a damaged product you’re not sure if it can be repaired or not, please take a photo of the damage and send it to us via info@denjodogs.com or via our live-chat, and we’ll help you.
