If you wish to return an item you have to return it within 30 days from you’ve received your order. If you wish to exchange an item you have to do it within 45 days. The product you wish to return or exchange, must be in its original condition, original package and have all labels and tags on. Exchanges and returns must be made in accordance to Denjo Dog’s Terms of Conditions.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS WITHIN EU (All countries except Sweden)
Denjo Dogs charge EUR 7 for return of small packages (up to 0,5 kg), EUR 9 for medium sized packages (0,5- 1,5 kg) and EUR 15 for return of large packages (over 1,5 kg). Exchanges are free of charge when you exchange to a similar item (other color or size) or other products with the same or higher value than the original order.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS OUTSIDE EU (UK & NORWAY)
Denjo Dogs charge GBP 10/ NOK 100 for return of small packages (up to 1 kg) and GBP 20/NOK 199 for return of large packages (over 1 kg). Customs fees (toll & vat) will be added. Exchanges are free of charge when you exchange to a similar item (other color or size) or other products with the same or higher value than the original order. Customs fees will be added for exchanges.

(NOTE! In order not to be charged for return shipping costs when you make an exchange, you must enter your new order number in the Digital Return Form).
Step 2. Return the product
Place the item in your return package and put on the return shipping label on the package. A return shipping label will be sent to your email shortly after you’ve registered your digital return form. If you’ve received your order with Budbee you will not need a return label. Simply book your return via Budbee app or text from Budbee. Leave the return package at your postal agent/Budbee box.
Please observe that if you return products from a country outside of EU (Norway or UK) you will receive a custom invoice together with your return label. Follow the return steps for Norway and UK below.
REFUND
The refund will be made via the same payment method used to make the purchase. You will receive an email confirmation of the return once it has been completed.
